Ukraine Adoption: The Lost Videos
We took a video camera with us to Ukraine to record events along the way. I am downloading the video segments (yes, I know its been almost four months) and thought I would share some of the clips here and there. Don't count on much of it being educational. It will serve to show what misfits we are. So here's video number one. This proves that the number one thing to pack for an international adoption is a sense of humor.

In Germany for our layover, I was so tired, I just Laid on a bench like that--but worse! I put my feet up on the back!
I really don't think I'll see any of those people again and I wouldn't know it if I did! I was soundly and sweetly sleeping away!
ROFL..desperate times call for desperate measures!
Heeehee! Poor Robert. He knew he was blog fodder the minute he woke up didn't he?! ;)
HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!
I must confess that Alex and I got better sleep in the airport than we did on the plane. We were so tired and we only laid down to sleep when the room was pretty empty and people didn't need the room. Once it started filling up, we got up. But Robert, I am with you. I understand and symphathize. I love this video - it's too funny and making me remember where we were 2 weeks ago. Looking forward to seeing more. :) Thanks for sharing.
Nice to hear your laugh! It is great to have a sense of humor.
Seriously...a sense of humor is necessary!
Rick and I used to sit on our "rented" balcony in Cracow after the kids went to bed and just have to laugh at our attempts at living in a European country while being parents of 3 kids who we didn't understand hardly a word they said!
If you can't cry...laugh!
